I found out from a friend of mine. He did couch surfing in DC and he said it was the most awesome experience that he had. Done it, and will definitely do it again when I travel.

For me I appreciate the friendship and bonds that I encountered on couch surfing. Exchanging culture, lifestyle, traveling experience etc with others are simply amazing. I learned and listened to a lot of other "old" travelers, as in people that have been traveling a lot. I love to share my experience on the other side.
