Musik, Filme und Bücher

Movies: I love whimsical movies likes Midnight in Paris, Amélie, and Moonrise Kingdom.

Musicals: As a theatre and show choir nerd, I also have a passion for musicals. Some of my favorites include Roger's and Hammerstein' Cinderella, The Phantom of the Opera, Les Miserables, Chicago, Singing in the Rain

As for music, I like a wide variety, but I have a soft spot for alternative/indie bands and folk music. Two of my favorite groups includes First Aid Kit and Grouplove.

Books: I also love the Harry Potter and the Outlander series. I like mystery and a hint of fantasy. Growing up, my favorite books to read were the Nancy Drew mystery series. For French littérature, I love the poetry of the romantic movement. I am currently in a lit course about the "feminine novel" where I have read works by Beauvoir and Duras.
