I’m Cam Cooney, an Australia Meditation Teacher & Movember Ambassador.

I currently live in Glasgow where I run my business but this movember I am taking on a HUGE challenge for Men’s Mental Health & I need your help! 👨🏻

I will taking on the challenge MO-END… going from Lands End to John O’Groats in 7 days on Nov 13-19th…

But the challenge is - I’m relying purely on strangers help to get me there 😅

I won’t be buying myself any form of travel or accommodation, only strangers can help me…

Each stranger that helps me with travel can only help with 60 miles of travel at a time…

WHY?!

60 men take their life around the world every hour, every day. YET we’re so so so so supported.

Why are so many men taking their own life? Because we struggle to reach out for help; we feel like we’re a burden, that nobody will help, it’s a lost cause, etc…

That is not true though!

Reaching out may be the hardest thing to do but we’re so, so, so supported!

I want to show that even when you feel like you’re at your END, there will be so many people there to help you reach the top again!
