Originally from South Africa, spent some time in Canada a couple years back where I participated in Couchsurfing. Since then I've relocated to New Zealand and about to embark on travels for a year around Europe with my partner Emma.
We are a couple in our 30's and enjoy the outdoors, camping, hiking, food, and travelling (of course :)).
We are both very excited for this new adventure in our life.

My partner Emma and I are travelling for a year around Europe and are looking to meet locals and have a more immersive experience. I'm really looking forward to engaging with the Couchsurfing community and making some friends abroad :) Saving some money will also come in handy ;)

Música, películas y libros

I tend to find myself drifting towards the amazing artists from the 60's and 70's but otherwise into indie, alternative, some electro music etc. Spend most of my days listening to music and enjoy playing a bit of guitar and ukulele :)
I enjoy thrillers, historical fiction, and some science fiction. I also find myself reading non-fiction books on topics of interest generally about the natural environment, permaculture, or engineering.

Tough question. Scootering through Vietnam on partially functional scooters or cycle touring through Transylvania spring to mind.
