ABOUT ME

In short, Virginia Tech Class of 2009. I've spent the last few months studying in Dubai, and as a result am generally more materialistic and jaded than I was a few short months ago. I've been planning this summer trip for years and am thrilled to finally be taking it.
At school, I study philosophy and political science, without any definite aim in mind. I'm thinking about grad school or law school, but I'm young for a senior so I'll be taking a year off after graduation and hopefully doing more traveling.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My sole couchsurfing experience was a biweekly meeting outside of Beirut with the CS group there, where I met a whole bunch of really nice people and promised one of them I'd join when I got back to the hostel.

Interests

Downhill skiing, bicycling, lying around. Despite all that, I wouldn't consider myself that much of an outdoors person. Just a product of my circumstances, I suppose.

Music, Movies, and Books

The more intense and cliche the book, the better. Some of my favorites have been Atlas Shrugged, The Stranger, Great Gatsby, The Longest Journey, etc.
