About Me

CURRENT MISSION

One destination naturally leads to the next, but more important than the destination is the people that you meet, this is the best part of every journey.

ABOUT ME

I try to travel for at least six months every year and have being doing this for just over ten years now. I think too many people have their minds in the past or planning something for the future. Life is now in this moment. It seems weird to describe oneself, but my friends always say i smile a lot. At the moment i am starting a project to help and promote artists. I am lucky to have the freedom to move around the planet freely, so that is why it is important for me to help other people, especially talented artists do the same.

PHILOSOPHY

“What if a demon were to creep after you one night, in your loneliest loneliness, and say, 'This life which you live must be lived by you once again and innumerable times more; and every pain and joy and thought and sigh must come again to you, all in the same sequence. The eternal hourglass will again and again be turned and you with it, dust of the dust!' Would you throw yourself down and gnash your teeth and curse that demon? Or would you answer, 'Never have I heard anything more divine'?” {Friedrich Nietzche}. For me the most important thing is to enjoy your life and bring joy to everyone that you encounter. I guess that is why music is such an important part of my life, it truly is the international language. The hardest thing about travelling is making really good friends in other countries and then leaving. I wish they all could come back and live with me in Australia.

Music, Movies, and Books

Musical influences, Jimmy Hendrix, The Doors, Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, Soundgarden, Alice in Chains, Nirvana, Faith no More, Tea Party, System of a Down but i also love Flamenco guitar and John Clarke is definetely one of my favourites. There are way too many influences to list. I also love psy trance and make electronic music from time to time. Some of my favourite psy artists are Talpa, Biogenisis, Sphongle, Ace Ventura and Space Tribe. I love too many movies to list and would love to get involved in this industry. As for books i always seem to be given books to read but Henry Miller would have to be one of my favourite writers.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Jumping out of a plane from over 12000 feet would definetely be up there. For some reason i thought it would be some sort of floaty flying experience. It is definetely not like this, it is more like sheer dropping adrenaline euphoric madness.

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Belgium, Cambodia, China, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Egypt, France, Germany, Greece, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Laos, Lithuania, Malaysia, Morocco, Myanmar, Netherlands, New Zealand, Palestine, Philippines, Poland, Slovakia, Spain, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Kingdom, Viet Nam
