ABOUT ME

I am an American who grew up in a small country town. I have always loved the outdoors and can't get enough of meeting new people. I am willing to hang out with anyone of any ethnicity, religion, or background. I don't speak anything other than English however.

PHILOSOPHY

I am open minded and love to have a good discussion about controversial things. I attempt and fail at keeping a zen mindset, but do believe that it is important to practice the art of letting go and appreciating life.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We are currently living in a single-wide trailer with and extra room that has a folding bed. We are able to keep 1-2 Couchsurfers for 1-2 days, and possibly a short ride to town depending on our schedule.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have traveled with other surfers, but have not been able to host as of yet.s

I loved watching the Egyptian revolution happen in front of me from the roof of the Embassy in Egypt. I have hiked for 15 miles with gear 2 times my weight while training for Iraq. I've taken a 3 day motorcycle ride through Java and hiked to the top of the 7 waterfalls of eternal life. I've traveled Bali on a motorcycle, and backpacked through Phuket, Thailand.

I love any kind of art, and can also teach a little salsa dancing. I can be a good physical training coach too. I was a welder for my father since I was 13 and can teach it a little. I am alright and photography, and love to get my hands dirty when it comes to art and making things. I am semi-proficient in military martial arts and am learning kung fu.
