I grew up in small towns of Sussex County, New Jersey where there are trees, stars, farms, forests, fields, and cows. I have been in New York for around 11 years.

I have been playing violin and piano all my life. In school I studied in the Euro-classical tradition as well as jazz and now incorporate both of these elements with electronic tools and other contemporary elements.

I taught for three years as a public school music teacher and am now focused on music full time, and am politically active on the left.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am interested in meeting people from around the world, and would like to spend some time outside of the US.
