ABOUT ME

I am a free spirit with a great deal of trust in the Universe. I strive to thrive and be joyful in all I do be do be do, all interactions I have, and all I experience.

Having journeyed from my hometown of Lake Mills, WI where I was a farm girl all the way to Madison, WI, I spent most of my life traveling from there for work. In 2006 I was involved in an accident that shifted my priorities a bit -- okay A LOT -- and in July 2007, the Universe officially freed me from my career as a Global IT Project Manager. 5 months later, after some AMAZING manifesting on my part, I hit the road and moved far, far away to the distant and beautiful lands of Kaua'i, Hawaii. At the time I did not realize I was embarking on a spiritual intensive, but that is exactly what I did.

Based in trust, I left the island (Home Sweet Home) just 1.5 short years later for Atlanta GA to start a company with 2 other women. Lots of wonderful things happened to bring all of us clarity in our purposes, and I am now embarking on my own and building upon my life coaching business and bringing dance and joy to the world.

I am now getting ready for my next move where I may actually get to put down roots for awhile. I'm moving to Asheville, NC!!! WOOHOO!!! I visited Asheville in 2007 and absolutely fell in love with everything there is to fall in love with there: the people, the variety, the fabric store the vintage shopping, the mountains, the waterfalls, the various communities.

I am so freaking excited, I can hardly stand it!!!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have been a couchsurfer for the past year and a half, and right now have a couple of spots to offer. My roommate, who I met through couchsurfing, and I are excited by the prospect of who we might meet while we are staying in the beautiful home we live in.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have only had fantastic experiences where I have surfed: San Diego, Seattle, and Sedona so far. I've met couchsurfers and hosts everywhere I have traveled and am thrilled by the caliber of people I am lucky enough to become acquainted -- and friends -- with on this beautiful earth.

Interests

Dancing of all sorts! Middle Eastern Dance, yoga, walking, nature, hiking, all of the things I haven't done yet, being kind and compassionate to people, paying attention to signs, symbols and dreams, learning from all things which surround me, music, live shows, fashion, travel, energy healing, intuitive readings, the body's amazing ability to rejuvenate itself, eating raw, vegan and vegetarian food.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Most recently, I have traveled to India and Thailand for a life transforing experience. One I will never forget. Thank you, Babaji and Muniraji.

I traveled to Kaua'i a second time after being hit by a truck while crossing the street. Against all odds, I was able to go back to dance less than 9 months later and perform three times.

Beyond that, there are so many amazing things I've seen, inspirational people I have met and obstacles I have overcome, that only a sit down conversation would serve those stories justice.

Teach, Learn, Share

My philosophy as a life coach supports that we are all Magnificent Beings of the Universe. I believe we each hold our own best answers within us. Looking to external sources can certainly be interesting, but what it always comes down to is: what feels right? I serve as a guide to those who are interested in finding their own answers within in order to live the fullest life they can possibly imagine.
