I'm a touring musician, sometimes as a solo acoustic act, and sometimes with a full band. I'm working to build friendships and fan bases across the country, and eventually around the world. I love music (most kinds!), and I'll try anything twice.
I live and travel with my wife, and we love the road. If you're not comfortable with gay people, I'd rather know sooner than later. I will never shove my sexuality in your face, but neither of us needs to wind up in that uncomfortable situation...

I'm on CS because, while touring and traveling to do what I love is a blast, it's also not the most financially friendly profession in the world sometimes. A lot of venues don't provide lodging, and sometimes getting a hotel room costs more than the gig pays!
That being said, I'm looking for more than just a free place to crash. I love having friends in the places to which I travel. I want to build friendships so that I can look forward to traveling to an area. I want people to catch up with when I'm in town, or someone with whom I can grab a drink or hangout on a night off from playing shows.
That being said, I will also warn that the nature of my travels will more than likely cause me to return in the middle of the night more often than not. HOWEVER, I respect that people are sharing their spaces with me as a kindness, and I will ALWAYS do my best to come and go quietly at odd hours. To do otherwise would just be rude.
