About Me
Hello!!
I have decided that 2018 is the year I am going to do wholesome, spontaneous, nutty, fun things (like get a tattoo! and donate 10 inches of my hair! and re-learn how to play Chopin's Fantaisie Impromptu! and COUCHSURF!)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Surfing?? on COUCHES?? Sign me up!!
Nah, all joking aside, I am indeed a semi-broke college student who really wants to travel but also doesn't want to make her bank account suffer! I really like the concept of Couchsurfing because it connects us in interesting but beautiful ways. The wisdom that we can gain from conversations and experiences with other people (especially strangers!) makes life pretty darn cool
Interests
Things I love: my Birkenstocks, Hydroflask, Eos lip balm, avocado toast, Trader Joe's, iced coffee (no matter how cold it is outside)
Things I love to do: signing up for half-marathons even if I am comically underprepared and out of shape; cooking "gourmet" meals in my tiny dorm kitchen with no counter space; finding designer clothing at thrift stores; snuggling with my dog; hanging out with my friends and family (even if that means Facetiming them)
Places I love: Chapel Hill, NC; Philadelphia, PA; Newport Beach, CA; RAD Camp (a summer camp for children and adults with developmental disabilities that I volunteer at every summer!)
- coffee
- running
- thrifting
- nursing
- beaches
- ukulele
What I Can Share with Hosts
I am more than happy to help with anything (I find folding laundry and washing dishes strangely relaxing!) As a nursing major, I also have a plethora of nerdy nursing jokes and fun facts to share!
I can also share my favorite things about Philadelphia, the beautiful city I am lucky enough to call home for 3/4 of the year :-)
Countries I’ve Visited
Canada, Italy, Mexico
