Overview
About Me
I am a 26 year-old girl from Uruguay, who lived for a time in Portugal because of a study scolarship.
Right now I’m in a round-the-world trip, because of an academic program from my university! So I am knowing many countries, people, great cities and landscapes.
I have always been a really responsible and mature person, always positive and happy! It's always good to start the day with a great big smiling 'good morning', being optimistic about life, and enjoying the good moments with friends and family.
I think it's always nice to know people and new places to be more open-minded and move out from our comfort zone, and incorporate new ways of living.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Travelling is a way of life! I think is the best you can do with your life, to know how much the world can give you and how small we can feel with the huge inmensity of nature!
And of course it's essential to know the locals and understand how people live there, their culture and different traditions.
Interests
I love travelling and knowing new places and new people, as much as their culture and different traditions.
I love everything related to arts & crafts, manufacturing, architecture, design, etc.
I have also done many sports in my life, although currently I am not. I love biking and going out for a walk more than anything!
I also like going to the beach or countryside. It's always good to have some rest and re-connect to nature and peaceful places.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I climbed Macchu Picchu in 2014, and was one of my most incredible experiences!! I truly recommend everybody to do it! South América is an amazing continent with lost of nice places and too much diversity! I loved it! Hard experience but so worth it! Pleasure for the heart and soul.
Teach, Learn, Share
I am a teacher and an animator in a highschool back home in Montevideo. I love working with children and teenagers. It's a full-filling experience and I love to accompany them in this stage of their lives.
I also do volunteer work and find this way of life as part of me.
As I am an Architect, I also like talking about the different cities and their secrets stories. I find really nice to hear about people and incredible facts of their home cities.
