About Me

I was born in Bogota, Colombia but lived throughout the states growing up. I did the Peace Corps in Peru and decided to stay in South America after the 27 months of service and continue working in Public Health.
This led me to the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine where I got my Masters in Public Health in Developing Countries. I am currently based out of North Devon and in limbo as I apply to jobs in low- and middle- income countries, teach English online, and travel around. I am a huge foodie and I love a good book, new cultures, languages, traveling, and seeing new landscapes. I love all animals and my spirit animal is a monkey! I share a couchsurfing account with my fiance while we were traveling so for references check out James Caddick :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I´m on couchsurfing to meet new people from different cultures and to share my melting pot of cultures and my experiences. I believe that couchsurfing attracts a specific kind of person who is willing to share their culture and is open to acceptance and learning from each other which is amazing!

Interests

My ideal morning is a good book and a delicious cup of Colombian coffee. I also enjoy anything outdoors, going on long hikes, being around animals, learning and sharing, and going dancing.
