About Me

After few years working as engineer and primary teacher; we decided to made a 180* change in ours lives. Both with a Work and Holiday visa for one year, we started our travel in Melbourne 5 month. Currently traveling around Australia with Brisbane as destiny. Our next step is travel around the world as much as possible for 1 or 2 years and live a great new adventure together ✈️.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because we love the philosophy behind this system, we think that it's a great way for share and know different cultures and learn about it.

Interests

Camila: travel, learn, read gosod books, practice yoga, fitness and alternative medicines. Also I reality enjoy to learn different ways to teach, education ideas and understand the education system of different cultures.

Jose: Sports, soccer, the local culture, the long conversations, social problems, non conventional energies. Outdoor activities: mountain bike, sea activities, hiking, climbing, or whatever spot to contemplate our world.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Not fanatic but we like Chilean music and everyone you can listen and talk or dance.

Movies: Pursuit of happiness, Trainspotting Batman: Dark Night, Lord of the Rings, Machuca.

Books: Latin writers as Gabriel García Márquez, novels no comedy.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

W circuit in Torres del Paine, we walk about 5 days for the Chilean National Park and we saw amazing landscapes and wildlife.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm Spanish teacher so I can teach my language.
We want to improve my English and learn more about health life and alternative medicine.
We can share a good conversation, laughs and a little bit of our culture.

What I Can Share with Hosts
