About Me

Hello, everyone,

I am Camille. I’m 4th year student of animal osteopathy. This path confirmed my passion for care, for animals. It opened me more broadly to love, to life. It has allowed me to meet wonderful people and has made me what I am today.

I am eager for humanity, sharing and helping each other. An avid adventurer and traveler. I certainly believe in fate. To the one who leads us on the way, without fail. Every day I discover what he has in store for me, without fear or guesswork. Trusting and letting go is what happiness is all about.

I wish more than anything to live in simplicity, respect for one's neighbour, for all kingdoms and for our Mother Earth. On my own scale, I try every day to create a better world, or at least to preserve it. To be consistent with my ideals. Caring for others. Fair, responsible and lucid in every situation. I'm just trying to be on the way, the way of love.

I am part of a student association (UFEOA) in which I am in charge of the solidarity centre. Here, we offer osteopathic care to different structures and individuals who have animals but not any money. Volunteering is for me the best way to receive.

Finally, I am simply a great lover of life!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing is for me a great way to meet people from other backgrounds, to share their culture and story. There is no such thing as chance, so every meeting is an appointment. A few words shared or great conversations are suddenly sown on seeds, allowing our spiritual ascension.

Although I still live with my parents, I would be very happy to open my door to travellers. It is a beautiful way to show a little kindness and altruism.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like all styles of music overall, it depends on my mood! Some artists : Rakoon, Stand high patrol, Panda dub, Naaman, Jahneration, Soom T, L’entourloop, Biga ranx, La petite fumée, Hilight Tribe, Tryo, La rue Ketanou, La caravane passe, etc... but also Lomepal, Georgio, Nekfeu, Eddy de pretto, etc.

Some great classics : The Green Line, 7 lives, A Better World, The Beautiful Green, Slumdog Millionaire, Gran Torino, Into the Wild, etc.

If there was one book that everyone should read, it would be Don Miguel Ruiz's "Les 4 accords Toltéques". It's magical, every time I read it again it transcends me!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

With a friend, we went to Thailand for 2 months in backpacker (May-June 2018). It was an adventure incredibly rich in meaning, encounters, risks (too!) but it was above all a revelation. A revelation of the best part of my being, the best version of myself. It changed my life, my vision, my relationships... in short, travel is the most beautiful way to meet!

That's why I'm going back to Asia this year, 2 months as well, to Cambodia and Vietnam. But alone this time, for a great new experience. The one of myself. To discover myself even more, in the depths of my cells. There, I will experience Vipassana. I look forward to being there and sharing it with you!
