I am a french percussionnist. I grew up in a very small village in the Alpes, south France and I fell in love with mountains from this. I love to go to natural places, as wild as possible, and to spend time with the wildlife. I am really into percussion, I play a lot of contemporary music, experimental music but also traditionnal music from Iran, Turkey, Greece and all Balkanic country. I love to meet other musician and to play together. I've been traveling for tours and was most of the time hosted by the musician community wich is amazing but sometimes it's also nice to hang out with non musician people! I have difficulties with big cities and lot of people, don't love very much to go to crowded places or big parties. I like when I can have a clear and deep conversation with someone, that we can listen to each other. I hate superficial relationship and conversations. I like also non verbal communication. As I grew up in contact with nature I am very sensitiv to animal cause, I am vegan and try to be activist but it is not easy with my musician activities.

Perché sono iscritto su Couchsurfing

I have travel a lot in countries where people hosted me with out using couchsurfing but just because I met them and talk to them. I had met amazing people like this, specially while hitchicking. That was more in southern countries like turkey, greece, italie,.. And it was also specially in the country side and now I am back in northern countries and i see how hard it is to communicate and welcome people that way. It's a bit a pitty we are at the point we need to use something like couch surfing and that it can't happen naturally without internet, but maybe if we use it (couchsurfing) more and more than we will be able to go back to this hosting natural rulles? Hopefully......
When I'm home I always host friends and friends of friends and any musicians in tour or visiting for school/teacher. So many people helped me in my life that I want to help too and I also really don't want nice people like you guys on couch surfing giving the little money you have to stupid hotel compagnies! So I like people who are counscious of what they buy because this is part of what make the world looking like..

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

Walking in the Apalachian Mountains for 20 days without seeing any human, had to kill a rabbit to eat him cause I had no more food and needed to eat. Every personnes that eats meat should do that once to realise what it is to take a life for your need.

Cosa posso offrire ai padroni di casa

Good food, walk in nice places I know, conversations, help in anything about the organisation in my country, bus, papers, etc... You won't have your personnal room, either on the couch either on a matresse in my room. I'm not home very often in the day, mainly practising or having rehearsals so home will be yours, you're welcome to use everything you need in a reasonnable scale (don't kill all the food ;) ).
