CURRENT MISSION
Collect as many adventures as I can!
ABOUT ME
Open minded, outdoor enthusiast. Traveling is my one true love. I am very laid back, low maintenance, and lean more towards the quiet side most times. But I do like to socialize and learn about others just in a smaller, more intimate setting. I love new experiences and new people :). I was wandering around unclear of what I wanted to do for while. But I found clarity during my volunteer stint in Thailand. Now I'll be heading to grad school this fall to get my master's in public health!
I recently rediscovered my love of dancing. I was a salsa dancer for years, but got bored with it. After I stopped I felt like something was missing. So I picked up ballroom dancing and had a great time. But that still didn't do it for me (although I absolutely enjoy it!) Last year I started taking a contemporary class and LOVED it. Now I'm practicing ballet/contemporary and I honestly feel fulfilled. Totally random tidbit about me.
I'm always trying new things and coming up with new ideas.
Karaoke singing gives me life.
PHILOSOPHY
Live as though heaven is on earth. And travel a lot.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I'm new to couchsurfing :). I've known about it for a long time and know many people who are apart of the community. But, I haven't been in a position to host or surf until now. I really value the connections you can make with couchsurfing. Connecting with people is best part about traveling.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To meet new people and hear their stories. As a traveler I really like to experience new places as the locals would. I won't say I've been to a place until I've shared an experience with a local.

Books: haven't found my go-to genre, I bounce around
Music: alt rock, indie, pop, pretty much anything actually
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I taught English in rural Thailand which was a pivotal point in my career path. That experience led me to pursue public health!
This coming June-July I will be checking a huge task off my bucket list and going to backpack through Europe. All suggestions and advice are welcomed.
