We both work in ecology. Xavier is more the geek type: he likes to build computer, to program programs, to model models (as you understand, I don't really understand everything he is doing). I want to work on forest ecology because I like trees (: I have worked on forest soil, black woodpecker houses (which are large hole in trees) and butterfly conservation.

We like hiking very much, which is a big reason for us to travel.

Otherwise, miscellaneous activities we like: drawing, reading, board games, aquarium, Legos, baking and eating cookies.

I am very open minded for music. For example, I am right now listening to "The Spaghetti Westerns Music", thanks to Xavier (which in fact, is great!). We like dub, dubstep, house, techno, psy-trans, chanson, celtik, rock'n'roll, jazz, electroswing and surely more tortuous-named music styles.
