About Me

Bonjour !
My name is Camille, or Cam, or wandercamcam 🐒
I am French and 24 years old. I recently graduated from my Masters in international humanitarian action, and I'm now taking a gap year before work. I decided to join a friend in Pakistan, to spend some time with him and figure out what's next for me... and after a lot of impromptu trips and crazy adventures, I’m off for new ones! I came back to India, did a 10 days silent meditation retreat, and I’m now searching for a volunteering to do next…..
My objective is to live new experiences in different fields, meet people and mainly have a good time along my introspection process! The hardest thing for me is to let go, so moving to a country with no plans sounds like what I need to do! 🙃
I love to read non-fiction, do yoga and insight meditation, hang out with my friends; and of course, travel! I also love watching sunsets, making the people I love happy and listening to Pink Floyd. People say I have solar energy and good vibes, and I hope they are right!!
I'm looking forward to meeting people from all walks of life, making spontaneous plans and learning new things as I continue on my path!
Can't wait to meet you! ✨

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

A Croatian opera singer, a single dad sailing his boat with his toddler, a very influential and controversial politician… all of these amazing people with a crazy story have been met through Couchsurfing!

I love travelling and meeting new people. I believe that all humans are connected and the idea of hosting a complete stranger and trusting them - it’s a concept that resonates with the things we both believe in. Generosity is always the source of the best encounters.
