About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To finish school, doing an internship in Norway

ABOUT ME

I'm a very calm person and don't mind being alone.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe you meet people because you have something to offer to eachother, big or small, short- or longterm.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

When I'll be back from Norway, and I've moved into my new spacious home, everybody's welcome to crash on my couch.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I met some couchsurfers in Costa Rica. I hosted a friend of a friend in a house in Guatemala. And I also stayed on some peoples couches. But that's a while back.

Interests

I like being outdoors, an animal- and plantlover. My plants are like my babies :)
I read alot when I have the time. Pure relaxation.

Music, Movies, and Books

I read a lot of books of paulo coelho, Harry Mulisch and Herman Hesse. But the thing is I can't really remember titles or storylines.
I'd read about anything if I have the time. Not a big fan of science-fiction though.
I don't really have a movie-top 10. I like French and Britisch humor. I can really appreciate European movies. But I can also very much enjoy a full-blown Hollywood chickflick.
As to music, pretty much the same. I don't listen to only one genre. If it's good, I'll listen to it. Although I've never been attracted to metal, core, breakbeat and comparable genres/subcultures.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was 19 I went to Central America for 9 months. This may sound really cheesy but it was a life changing journey.
I'd really recommend Guatemala, would love to return there someday. And definitly visit Semuc Champey again.

Teach, Learn, Share

Apparently I have skills in the beautydepartment.
As a hairdresser, as a make-up artist and a nailstylist.
Opposite to that I'm good with animals (hence my choice of studies) and plants. Very eager to learn about nature, farming and sustainability.
