ABOUT ME

I was born and raised in the lovely, but cold, country of Canada. I love experiencing new cities, new cultures, new food, and of course, meeting great people! For the past couple of years I have been working as a travel nurse in America and Australia, taking time off to backpack in between. I just got back to Canada after backpacking around Australia and Asia for over a year. I'm already looking to see where my next adventure will be!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've started to attend meetings and festivities around San Francisco and in Australia. I met some great couch surfing friends camping in the sand dunes of Australia! My last roommate was was an Irish guy, who I met through a couch surfing activity in San Francisco, and we ended up being roommates in Australia for 5 months. I may be free for coffee or a drink, or may have place for you on my couch. Just ask!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've surfed and attended picnics and nights out, and camping. I've made some good friends, and had the funnest 4th of July weekend with fellow CSers that a girl could have.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Camped out with a Bedouin tribe in the white desert in Egypt.
Swam with a group of 19 wild dolphins in Nicaragua.
Drove across Australia in a campervan.
Did a 10 day hike up to Annapurna base camp in Nepal.
Snorkeled with massive manta rays in Bali.

I'm up for teaching you anything I may know. But I think I would be better at sharing experiences and travel stories, than teaching skills. But if you want to learn how to swim, I've been swimming all my life, and am a swimming instructor in my spare time. I am trying to learn Spanish, and would love to improve it, if you can teach me.
