CURRENT MISSION Make new friends and learn about the world around us ABOUT ME I really enjoy travelling and being outdoors! I like sharing experiences and ideas and cultures with others as I like that every person has their own story. I have just finished studying at university and I am about to begin work as a park ranger. I believe myself to be a very outgoing person with a bubbly personality. I love to joke around and have fun and never take myself too seriously. I love talking to and meeting new people. I am a very laid back person and thus very easy to get along with. I like to take every opportunity given to me to try and to get involved with as many things as possible so I never go, "what if?" Also to always be welcoming and kind to whoever you come across as I think there is something very important about making connections with other people.

I love meeting new people and being able to learn about people's cultures, life, everything about what makes a person. I also want to be able to explore and see new places from a different perspective.

Music: I like many types of music but currently I have been absolutely DIGGING Carly Rae Jepsen's EMOTION, as well as dancey electro disco/ funky stuff. Anything that makes my body move or makes me feel a lil something is a good thing.

Movies: I just like them. Trash or artsy or dumb, I will most likely enjoy for a wide variety of reasons.

Books: Obernewtyn Chronicles, the Old Kingdom Chronicles, Hunchback of Notre Dame, Unwind, The Perks of Being a Wallflower, The Count of Monte Christo, I am the Messenger, Sisterhood of the Travelling Pants series, I also like reading fun lil comics!

Experience wise, I was able to hold 30+ baby sea turtles under my shirt for an hour whilst doing turtle surveys up in Darwin which was pretty awesome.

I can explain science concepts somewhat. If I can strengthen people's understanding on how things work around us, I am happy and it's something I like to do in my spare time - science communication.
