I am Camille, from France, and I am 21. I am doing a break from my studies in French, English and German litterature. I gave myself a treat by travelling through South to North America, then to South East Asia for a few months and I just got back. Why I’m on Couchsurfing

In my opinion it's the best way to travel. I don't only want to see the most famous monuments and stays in a hotel. What interests me is to know this city, to discover its culture. I met great people all over Europe thanks to CouchSurfing and I am a strong believer of this community

I would say that I am really into the movies from Quentin Dupieux, Wes Anderson and Lars Von Trier.
I feel like Parks and Recreation, and Please Like Me are the funniest thing ever.
Concerning books, my favourite writers are Marguerite Duras, Baudelaire and Milan Kundera.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I think the most striking adventure was when I spent two weeks in an orphanage in Bulgaria. I got 18 a few days beforehand, and it was definitely a memorable experience with its pros and cons.
