I'm 25 years old and currently living in Pau, France!
I moved a lot during my childhood, and this has taught me to be open-minded, tolerant, and also curious about others and different cultures.
There is so much to see in the world and so many people to meet, that I want to make the most of this lifetime.
I'm a graduate student in a Research Master's in Anglophone Studies and will soon be a French TA at the University of Iowa, for which I am stoked!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To meet people, to be immersed within the local population of a country in order to live my experience there to the fullest. It would also be great to create friendships through this medium!

Interests

I'm interested in learning about foreing cultures, their history, their legacy and their traditions.
Having travelled the vast majority of my life, I adore meeting new people and sharing life experiences.
I love sports, I used to play basketball, go rock-climbing and swin. Any outdoor activity or sports activity is fine by me!
Oh, and I adore pugs!

Music, Movies, and Books

I love rock music and hard rock: Led Zeppelin, Aerosmith, Guns'N'Roses, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Creedence Clearwater Revival and Rival Sons, among others!
But I also love listening to Lady Gaga, Justin Timberlake (ex *NSYNC fangirl), Beyoncé and Britney Spears as well. A little pop music never hurt anybody!

I'm a huge fan of theater, either classical or modern, French or Anglo-Saxon: Racine, Shakespeare, Victor Hugo, Samuel Beckett and most of all Tennessee Williams. I also adore the Harry Potter series!

In terms of movies, I'd say my top three would be:
1. The Godfather Part II
2. Black Swan
3. Full Metal Jacket
I adore and worhsip Stanley Kubrick, Al Pacino and Natalie Portman.

I also play a lot of video games, my favorite franchises being Tomb Raider, Assassin's Creed and Splinter Cell.

I'm definitely Team Marvel and Deadpool is my comics God!
