About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I left Paris at the end of june for 6 months of internships around the world. Well, this means India and the US. Both are new countries for me. I'm willing to learn a lot from these experiences. In journalistic terms, but also about people, and life!

ABOUT ME

Well, I'm not very good at describing myself, I guess. Basically, I love to live a life that teaches me a lot and makes me discovering new things and people avery day. I'm curious about everything, including things I don't apparently have great interest in. I love living with people, I have been used to it for the last two years, and i think i can't live alone anymore!

PHILOSOPHY

Wow, I'm not sure I have a philosophy yet...it takes time, maybe life, to know one's true philiosophy, doesn't it?
But basically, I want to learn as much as possible in my life. Watching TV or shopping the whole day is not for me. i find it scaring. I hate loosing my time, actually.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

In my view, couchsurfing allows people to travel at a low cost. But apart from that, it's also a great way to meet people, get to know them, exchange about our experiences, our ideas...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm very new on couchsurfing! As I mentioned above, I'm travelling at the moment, so my first experiences will be as a surfer. Next week, I'm going to try it in Goa, India. But once I have a place in DC and once I go back to Paris, I will be glad to be a host!

Music, Movies, and Books

Books: A Farewell to Arms, Hemingway. Le Rouge et le Noir, Stendhal. L'Etranger, Camus. Moderato Cantabile, Marguerite Duras.
Movies: Les 400 coups, Truffaut. Va, vis et deviens, Radu Mihaileanu. Fenetre sur cour, Hitchcock.
Music: I'm kind of a novice in music...not that I was not listening music, but I did not take care so much of what I was listening. I have started now...I will be able to make a list soon...but I don't usually make lists of favorite this or that. So what I wrote above was only what i could think of right now...there are many others...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I guess the most amazing experience was in the Philippines. I really lived like Filipinos and I enjoyed this way of life. They are great people, it's a wonderful counrty. Comfort does not matter when you live with great people. It was probably one of the happiest period in my life, It really changed me. In this sense I will always keep a lot of the philippines inside me, I'm just different from what I would have been if I had not lived there.
