I'm Camille ! I was born in Paris but I grew up in Narbonne (South of France) and now I live in Toulouse (still South of France) where I've been studying politics. "Tourist" sounds bad so let's say I consider myself a traveler ! I love discovering new people, places, cultures and ways of life.
I'm also involved in several cultural organizations, in which organize events and speak (through radio shows and articles) about women in the cultural field.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I first used couchsurfing as a guest with my best friend. We did this several times and it was always such a beautiful experience ! I did it alone then and I still loved it. When I got a big flat I got to host some surfers and it was great too.

I currently can't host anyone because I don't have a flat myself and I live at my boyfriend's.

兴趣

I'm fond of music, there is always some music in my flat. I used to play the guitar and the flute but now I’m only a listener.
I'm also a movie-goer and I enjoy reading. Few months ago I started roller quad skating and I hope to join a roller derby team soon.

Even if I'm still not very good at it I love cooking for my flatmates, my family, my friends... and I would be glad to cook for you !

I'm usually excited about going out with friends but I also like it very much to just chill at home with a cup of tea and a good series.

I was a student in "Sciences Po" where I studied politics, history, economics, law, geography, sociology... and it fascinated me. My master specialization was about gender and discriminations which are issues I feel very concerned about.

Music : (mostly) indie, rock, techno, electro and a little bit of jazz and classic. I'm very fond of Icelandic music and not mainstream bands.

Films : from Jean-Luc Godard and Federico Fellini to Stanley Kubrick and Quentin Tarantino, Wes Anderson, Xavier Dolan, Martin Scorsese, Pedro Almodovar... I LOVE movies and I often go to the cinema.
