ABOUT ME

I am nice, I love meeting new people, I like seeing new things and understanding the history behind amazing sights and places. I also like to relax and socialize with people.

PHILOSOPHY

As a teacher, I really value this philosophy, especially for my students who are constantly at a struggle to fit in, or who are too scared to try because they don't feel like they can do it.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've hosted, but am hoping to couchsurf with my friends as we travel around europe! Will most likely start hosting again once I return.

I think one of the biggest attractions to couchsurfing is the amazing human connections we are able to make. I'm excited at the idea of meeting someone who is open enough to share their home and some of their time. What a truly amazing thing! and what better way to get to know a city than to stay in a real home, with the people who make the city what it is.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I just started my account and am still trying to get a hang of this website.

I traveled to Europe last summer with some college friends- Marseille, Nice, Florence, Venice, Vienna, Prague, Bruges and finally paris for a total of 27 days! I never did a trip like that before and was able to stay with several people through couchsurfing and had an amazing experience. My trip would not have been the same without couchsurfing and meeting the people my friends and I met.

I would love to couch surf with people willing to host us! I'm happy with a range of host-ers, whether you are outgoing or are really busy and can only provide a place to sleep I am very grateful!

兴趣

In my free time, I like sharing meals with friends, going to a cafe, talking about social justice issues and society, exploring new neighborhoods and activities. I also enjoy nextflix and relaxing at home :-)

I recently started playing ultimate frisbee so have been getting more involved in that.

I like to experience new things, but also like to relax and enjoy the moment.

I started fencing when I was about 11 and lived with a family when I was 16 in order to better train to be recruited and to fence in college (I did get recruited and fenced all 4 years on a Div. 1 women's fencing team).
