I meet travelers of the whole world and it is brilliant but I also want to favor the meetings with people of the country which I visit.

J'adore voyager, explorer les cultures et civilisations de notre planète. L'histoire m'intéresse particulièrement et j'aime découvrir les civilisations d'antan. Le Moyen-Orient m'attire outrageusement mais également l'Asie.
Je joue de la harpe en amateur.
L'art moderne et contemporain sont sources d'inspiration. La musique rythme les échanges, les pensées et la danse accompagne l'imagination.
Le tout pour des expériences sensorielles originales, intenses, parfois ennuyeuses ou incompréhensibles, mais toujours intéressantes.

I adore travelling, exploring the cultures and the civilizations of our planet. The history interests me particularly and I like discovering civilizations of former days. The Middle East attracts me extravagantly but also Asia.
I play the amateur harp.
The modern and contemporary art are sources of inspiration. The music gives rhythm to the exchanges, to the thoughts and the dance accompanies the imagination.
The whole for original, intense, sometimes boring or incomprehensible sensory experiences, but always interesting.

Music, Movies, and Books

Un livre lu récemment m'a touché profondément: Le Quatrième mur de Sorj Chalandon. Livre éprouvant et émouvant sur la guerre au Liban en 82.
J'aime lire les romans policier de Fred Vargas et les romans historiques. J'ai découvert les B.D politiques et je les dévore.
En musique j'écoute de tout. C'est plus au feeling. Pas de style particulier.
J'adore aller au cinéma et me plonger dans différents univers et histoires.

A book read recently affected me profoundly: the Fourth wall of Sorj Chalandon. Testing and moving book on the war in the Lebanon in 82.
I like reading Fred Vargas's police novels and historical novels. I discovered the political B.D and I devour them.
In music I listen to of everything. It is more for the feeling. No particular style.
I adore going to the cinema and plunging into differents universes and stories.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A safari. I did not think observe wild animals all day could so much enthral me. Sleep with lions not far and hyenas on the watch.

Teach, Learn, Share

In my job, I work with children, young people. I like passing on the knowledge, the culture and the arts to open various perspectives to the future generations. They are excellent ways of exchanges and sharings.
I like learning. The learning of past allows to understand better the present functioning of societies.

What I Can Share with Hosts

My desire to meet people with cultures and different visions.
Share moments and some chats.
And if my hosts come to visit my city, I can welcome you few days in Paris (not for a long trip), I shall indulge to serve as guide for great classics but also for parisian's way of life. I'm working, so it's better on evenings and week-ends if you want me show you the city.
