I've been told I'm the "worst Texan ever," for my dislike of meat, bbq sauce, trucks, the rodeo, country music and cowboy boots, but I still have a love for Fort Worth.

Traveling is really important to me! I want to have a deep understanding of the world and how people live their lives. Travel just seems to make you a more open understanding person.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Traditional travel lacks connection and is expensive. I would love to connect with people visiting my city and stay with others who feel the same. It's a give and take.

Interests

I am currently in school to become a Licensed Massage Therapist. I try to travel as much as I can. I love to catch a show, whether it be comedy, theatre or music. Netflix is my buddy. Sometimes a great beer at home with an awesome TV show is just what the doctor ordered.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My first time to New York City was New Years Eve. I traveled alone and spent it with a group of Aussies and Germans I barely knew. That night was truly amazing and that trip lead to a few other really amazing trips.

I love to cook, and would adore making a meal for any surfer or host. Vegan food can be amazing! I studied journalism and broadcasting, writing and video editing is a lot of fun.
