I’m French, and yes, I love cheese. But what do I love more ? To travel. My boyfriend and me like to explore mysterious lands, and meet different people from all over the world. For me, travel means freedom, cause you give up all your marks and become really attentive to what you discover, day by day. You can go anywhere you want, follow anyone you want, and you always learn something.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It’s the first time I try Couchsurfing. I think it’s a good way to meet people when you first arrive in a unknown country.
Besides visiting the touristic places, I like to discover hidden sides of cities, little secrets that only locals know.
And I think it's a great thing to be able to sleep on someone's couch, and then have a couch to share in return. It's a sharing of travel that match to my philosophy.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love all types of music, as long as it's a good piece. I've a preferance for reggae music, dub, rock, progressive rock, techno (trance)...

More I've studied Cinema, and less I was able to choose just one favourite movie. Things I like in a movie can be very differents, little details or an atmosphere. To give an example, I really like Elephant, States of Grace, La vie d'Adèle, La piel que habito, Mustang, Sin nombre, Jackie Brown, Dogville,
I also like series, like Real Humans, Trepalium, Better Call Saul, Utopia...

One author I love is Amélie Nothomb (Especially her earlier novels). I like the freedom she takes when she writes, to create strange situations and characters, and wonderfull dialogues. When I was a child, my favourite book was Meu Pé de Laranja Lima, by José Mauro de Vasconcelos.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing I've done so far, is to decide to leave France for 8 month with my boyfriend to discover South America. Road Trip, we are coming !
