Hey there!

I'm a colombian guy who is currently living in Paris for the studies. I'll be living here for at least 2 years hoping to know a lot of places and persons around europe. I'm an honest, patient and easy to go person who, being away home, has cultivated a taste for small pleasures like waking up on a sunny day, listening to the laughter of another person and the smell of freshly baked bread.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because it's a way to know new places while knowing people... what a nice idea! i opened it in 2012 because i knew sometime i was going to use it... and the time has arrived!

Interests

I enjoy listening to music, reading a book and pet the dogs i see in the streets. I love riding bikes of any kind (route, mountain or beach bikes), and i like driving as well, in routes where you can see the sights and stop where you find something interesting to do or watch, or just to eat an ice cream.

Music, Movies, and Books

When i tell you that i like almost any kind of music it's because it's true... even if i don't know one song, i like to give it a try, in that way i could explore new musical horizons. I like Coldplay, the libertines, the black keys, kings of leon, daft punk, the strokes and the kooks by the rock side.... but there's so much more! salsa, classical music, electronic music, spanish rock, jazz, hip-hop.... right now i'm opening my knowledge into brazilian music.

I like movies that tries to tell a real story like the godfather or the pianist.

The last books i've read are "Chronicle of a Death Foretold" by Gabriel García Márquez and "The Old Man and The Sea" by Ernest Hemingway
