HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've traveled throughout Europe and Africa using couchsurfing and I think its absolutely the best way to travel. Aside from being super cheap you also get to experience cities from a local perspective!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have been hosted about a dozen times or so now. My first time being hosted was for two weeks! I've learned a lot through couch surfing. Being in Europe and around CSers has shown me how different my culture is from theirs. America seems to emphasize money and material possessions way more then the friends I have made in Europe. My European friends spend a large portion of their money on hosting friends and having a good time. This has really shown me a new way of living which I absolutely agree with!
