Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
See the world!!! Make friends, have fun, and experience new things!
ABOUT ME
Theater and French major, hailing from a small town in America. I have spent huge chunks of time road-tripping across the U.S., living abroad while teaching and taking trips via train and plane whenever possible. I am a lover of culture -- cinema, theater, food, photography, art, architecture, public gatherings, the sharing of ideas, public transportation, small talk... I love the experience of life and the idea of sharing beautiful ideas with others.
PHILOSOPHY
Live, eat, drink, love well. Try things that make you uncomfortable. Travel as often as your checkbook will allow.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I adore road trips, ergo couch surfing along the way, and I love showing people around my town! Currently working on a Master's degree, so I can only maybe host, but if you can't crash with me I would love to meet up and show you around!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Dromadaires and other get-togethers in Nantes. Traveling in France and as I road-tripped across the United States. It's always wonderful meeting locals & Couchsurfers in transit!
Interests
Theater, literature, philosophy, debating political and religious views, sipping coffee or wine, exploring new cities by foot, scrumptious food.

Music, Movies, and Books
The list could go on forever... if you're interested, why don't we chat about it over a drink?
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Best CouchSurfing experience ever: my host wakes us up "early" to go flying in his ultra light plane. He is a pilot. Off we go, spend the morning flying above Bordeaux, France (after coffee and chocolate croissants, of course). Went back to town to catch a fantastic vegetarian lunch before heading off to visit several chateaux for wine-tasting. Back in town later that day, we hit up the Christmas market for gifts, good food, and vin chaud (hot wine). Best day ever.
Teach, Learn, Share
I love cooking and baking with others. I can't say I'm the best chef, but I live by the philosophy that you taste along the way and experiment with whatever's in the cupboard. I can teach someone a heck of a lot about theater and French literature/cinema, if you are interested!
