About Me

I believe we live for 5 reasons

To learn- If we didn't learn we would never progress.
To feel- the wide range this world has to offer. Joy, anger, hurt, love, happiness, pain, hardship, comfort. Happiness and love being the ultimate purpose.
To create memories- Are memories are who we are. The building blocks that make us, the bad and good.
To share- What our life has been. Share the good and the bad, what we have felt, and learned.
To live- What is the alternative?

I love the outdoors in general, mountains, lakes, animals, and trees specifically.

I lived in the Sawtooth National Forest for over 2 years, graduated with a degree in Elementary education, been working odd jobs to facilitate a lifestyle of travel and adventure.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

For the adventure and to get to know communities through the locals. After all, they know best.

I want to also return the favor and share with people my neck of the woods. I want to show cool people the cool things in the Northwest.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I completed a bike tour from Boise to St. Augustine Florida in 2015. 3,600 miles, 99 Days, 58 Bananas, 71,000ft. of elevation gain. I met amazing, like minded, adventure based people and want to continue meeting more members of this community.

In doing so discovering the only thing holding us back is ourselves.

Teach, Learn, Share

Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry, and narrow-mindedness, and many of our people need it sorely on these accounts. Broad, wholesome, charitable views of men and things cannot be acquired by vegetating in one little corner of the earth all one's lifetime.
