ABOUT ME

'Balance' is my motto...i love doing yoga, meditation and eating right as much as a glass of wine and dark chocolate. I have a 26 yr old daughter and 12 yr old son. I've been producing and editing conscious media & lifestyle programs for 25 yrs... I live close to the beach and love surfing and swimming and the outdoors.
