About Me
I'm afraid my English is a bit rusty.
I would like to apologize the poor translation of google translator :D
Joke aside :)
I am a young, dynamic architect who loves to communicate with other people and other cultures.
Very open-minded, tolerant and appreciative.
Actually doing research for my Ph.D.
The theme is to develop an accommodation for people in crises/war regions.
Also for places after natural disasters.
That is the reason, why I went with a ship of a "NGO" (Non-Government-Organisation) for a search and rescue mission in front of the african coast, more precisely in front of Libya.
We rescued refugee boats and assisted these ships in distress.
In the name of humanity! Man is man; religion, skin colour, gender, nationality, culture don´t matter!
After this time I am comparing refugee camps in whole Europe for the Basic of my research. Starting with Malta, Sicily, Lampedusa, italian mainland, Greece, Macedonia, Serbia, Hungary, Austria and back to Germany.
PS: If you are interested in our work, just search on YouTube for "moas-fishers of men".
Great documentation, which shows the real life and whats going on...
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
why I signed up?
If I'm honest ... to find primarily a short-term sleeping :)
That was the first intention! But meanwhile, I´ve esteemed the way of learning new people, new cultures, new religions! That´s great!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Definitely the search and rescue mission in front of the libyan and tunisian coast for saving refugee boats
