About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To avoid procrastinating life, that's the whole point. Get busy living:)
ABOUT ME
Fun, talkative and easygoing would be my three word definition I guess:) I care a lot about friendship (what's the point of having a great story if you don't have anyone you'd like to tell, right?). I believe that sharing is a virtue that has the power to make the world a better place by bringing us, the citizens, closer so I try to be as generous as possible.
PHILOSOPHY
Life's too long to stay put where you are and too short to miss any opportunities. So grab a big bite out of life while you still can and share your experiences. It's always the things you don't do that bother your mind in the end, not the things you do, so do not be afraid to live.
As we strain to grasp the things we desire, the things that we think will make our lives better: money, popularity, fame... We ignore what truly matters. The simple things; like friendship, family, love. The things we probably already had.
As Gandhi once said "be the change you want to see in the world", start with your own life.
Music, Movies, and Books
Lets start with music; Irish Music, Mumford&Sons, Lana Del Rey, Lorde, Florence+The Machine, Lykke Li, Farid Farjad, Yann Tiersen, Eddie Vedder, Duffy, Coldplay, Cranberries (like the food like the band), Daft Punk, David Guetta, Calvin Harris, Beirut, Amy Winehouse, Avicii, Adele, REM, Manu Chao, Maroon 5 and of course the mysterious Evgeny Grinko.
I like most Ken Loach movies and movies that have an effect on your life. Cinema is way too powerful to be considered a mere joy for a couple of hours. However I watch and like a lot of pointless movies as well:) Shawshank Redemption, The Butterfly Effect, Hotel Rwanda, 4 Months 3 Weeks& 2 Days, The Downfall, Crash, Into the Wild, It's a Free World, 21, V for Vendetta, Biutiful, Solino are among my many favorites.
I don't read as much as I used to unfortunately. A couple of my favorites would be "1984" by G. Orwell and "A Confession" by Tolstoy.
