I like organic food, Slow Food, Slow Travel.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first contact was a CS meeting in Vilnius. After that, I hosted one person and it was very pleasant. I'm looking forward for my second guest. We used CS a lot for our last trip to Italy, in 2010. I got very nice tips in the forums, and some truly nice experiences with our hosts and other travellers.

Nevertheless, I'm more active in Hospitality Club. Through there I contacted many people in my last backpacking, and it gave my trip a whole other level.
I was honored by Sissy taking me to know her mother's house, the house where she grew up, and she grows tomatoes, and other things, all organic.
I went with Marko and his friends to the music festival in Viljandi, and camped with them.
I stayed in a farm in Liechtenstein, and was blessed by a dinner snack with the family. I had a couple of beers by the river in Salzburg with George and his friends. I had an off-the-beaten-path tour ride on the communist inheritance in Warsaw's Praga. I was delighted by Anna's younger son squeezing tomatoes, trying to eat them, just after pulling off the cat's tail. Had some beers with Martino and friends, watching Portugal x Germany in a bar in Berlin. I tried to learn how to make potato pancakes with Kralik in Prague. Went trekking in Slovenski Raj with the guy who gave me a ride when I hitchhiked to get there. I experienced the real meaning of the italian family with Laura's family, and the pleasure of living in harmony with nature with Anna and Sebastiano.
