I love chocolate so much I took a job that paid crap and worked horrible hours just to learn to temper and mold chocolate. And yes, eat it fresh....so good. I love movies, especially comedy, good coffee, walking aimlessly around new cities.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Amazing is subjective but we can start here:
I needed a life change so I bought a one way ticket and moved from New York to California.
I quit my job and sold almost everything to live in Spain for 3 months (initially wanted a visa but a bit tricky, I have tried).
I once decided to learn all the countries and their capitals. I am still pretty good :)
