About Me

French/American 20 yr old cat lady and English literature/Digital media university student in Glasgow. i actually live for music, literature, films (art in general), traveling, and yoga. my dream is to become a polyglot, travel the world, and see the northern lights in Sweden. i'm a slight hippie, and always up for a good time and a laugh !

traveling is my top priority, i try to leave whenever i can and my wanderlust sometimes lands me in uncomfortable situations financially-wise (being a very skint student unable to responsibly manage life). but it's all worth it ! i grew up in france, moved to the US, then decided to move to Germany, and now i'm at uni in Scotland. next up, i'd love to move to Sweden. i feel so so so extremely lucky and am so grateful for being able to live in Glasgow and for traveling a wee bit here and there, so couch surfing is my way of spreading good karma back into the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

no better way of discovering a place than through the eyes of an actual local. couch surfing is my favourite way to meet people and discover more. i've met such cool people on here, went on a road trip with one, made lifelong friends too. it's an exchange and a way of still having those unique traveling experiences, whilst meeting new faces and making the simplest of moments even better.

as a host, i love meeting people from everywhere, and would love to offer my couch to someone as keen on exploring and being in Glasgow as i am. feel free to message me for a list of places to visit in Glasgow, too !

music: cannot satisfy this question with an answer (too many to list). love to spend lots of time at gigs/shows/anything with music. taste ranges from underground techno/electro to alt-rock/indie stuff, to rap, to jazz, classics like David Bowie, the Rolling Stones, the Clash, etc etc. i pretty much live for music and spend every moment i can listening to music.

films: Billy Elliott, Amelie, Fight Club, Pulp Fiction, Submarine, Trainspotting, Grand Hotel Budapest, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, the Talented Mr Ripley, Das Leben der Anderen, Mommy (any film by Xavier Dolan, really) etc etc

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

once I met Julie Andrews, therefore i am blessed for life
also recently i've had to hide/run away from a (mama) black bear and managed not to die ?
