Hey my names is Candice! [duh] I'm a Melbourne [Australia] girl, born and raised, with a passion for travel... I've been working in bars for the last 5-6 years earning a dollar to continue this expensive habit that is travel. I'm adventurous and fun, with a dry sense of humour. I can be a bit to honest at times, but I think it can be refreshing. I'm a history fan, but can enjoy a fun night out from time to time...
I have recently moved to Germany to build a dream home with my boyfriend but when we are done travel is in the cards I am sure!!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Just a surfer at this point. Although I have no place to share of my own, I suggested this to my father and he has his place in Frankston, Victoria , Australia open to traveler. Also my boyfriend and his friends have now also joined in on the hosting with their place just a little out of Stuttgart, Germany. I hope to try and join in on the gatherings when I can.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I enjoyed surfing in New York, enjoyed getting advice for my time in Peru and was challenged with a huge hike while couchsurfing in LA. I stayed with a few hosts in London when I first moved there 2 years ago while I found a place of my own.

Interests

I love to travel, obviously. My dream is to see at least a little of everything and everyone. I also enjoy making up new and interesting drinks in bars, a symptom of my past bar work. Anything with historical value is also of great interest to me.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Amazing huh... One of the most impressive things was Chichen Itza in Mexico... I could go on for hours about all the ways that place impressed me, look it up, better yet... visit it!! Seeing the Outback in Australia is also quite impressive... red sand as far as the eye can see... definitely impressive. Also the Egyptian ruins in Luxor and Machu Picchu in Peru... very cool.
