ABOUT ME

Hey there! I am 29 and have a passion for traveling. I have done a little bit but haven't gone to nearly as many places as I'd like. I have a great heart and a warm spirit. I believe in giving to those less fortunate and for me that includes toy drives at Christmas, volunteering at the SPCA, and in the past I have volunteered with physically disabled people and a group called MAGMA which stands for Multicultural Association of the Greater Moncton Area. I am a vegetarian and have been for 11 years but don't worry meat eaters are still welcome in my home :)

PHILOSOPHY

This may sound cheesy but it's from a pop song and it says "life's like an hourglass glued to the table." Basically saying that there is only so much time to a persons life, so do what you want to because you never know when the sand/life will run out and there are no second chances, just like the hourglass you cant flip because it's glued down you also can’t flip life to get another chance.

Bands I’ve seen in concert: I Mother Earth, Our Lady Peace, The Tea Party, Sloan, Tragically Hip, Rolling Stones, Finger Eleven, Nickelback, The Trews, Moist, Treblecharger, Joydrop, Crush, Three Days Grace, Default, Maroon 5, Bryan Adams, John Mayer, Nelly Furtado, The Philosopher Kings, Fefe Dobson, Drake, and Roger Hodgson lead singer of Supertramp, Marians Trench...I should have seen The Smashing Pumpkins, Foo Fighters, A Perfect Circle, and Eve 6..but I was sick and couldn’t go! :(
Books: travel books both guide books as well as adventure travel stories. I am in a social justice book club but also enjoy business books, political satire books such as Bill Maher and Michael moore. Novels such as Paris Hangover, Can You Keep a Secret, Shopaholic series, Sophie's World etc.
