About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To see the world, make new friends, be healthy, take risks, make spontaneous decisions, to be random, to love, to be loved, to preserve, to remember, and to never regret or look back and say "I wish I'd done that when I had the chance to".
ABOUT ME
Hello Fellow Couchsurfers!
So here's a little bit about me k...
my couchsurfing profile is definitely in need of an update!
I'm... turning 30 this year!
.. living back in London ON, my hometown, after much travel and many adventures. Stints abroad in Australia, France, and a move out to Western Canada. A couple career choices later, I am now a flight attendant for a Canadian airline, and I love my job! I get to see the world, and nothing beats that :). I have a one eyed Boston Terrier named Lily, and have been dating my boyfriend Ragnar from Sweden for 3 years now - - we met in Las Vegas, and he now lives with me in Canada ! Jackpot! I'm laid back and easy to get along with, people often say that I'm a good listener and very thoughtful. I'm up for most things, and certrainly trying new things. I love my family and friends more than anything, and find it funny that after traveling to so many parts of the globe, I am happy to have ended up back in little 'ol London Ontario!
PHILOSOPHY
My personal philosophy would be to live and love every moment for what it is, and take as much as you can from every opportunity that presents itself to you. Because when you're older you don't want to be looking back on your life and thinking, why didn't I do that? Why didn't I take that chance? Could it have been better? Just make the most of life, so that you don't have any regrets later on.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've couchsurfed many times in both Australia and New Zealand with my friend Stacey and sister Alli! Recently in Italy, Norway and Denmark with my buddy Lindsay. Barcelona with my buddy Emily. In parts of Western and Eastern Europe as well as Northern Africa with my friend Sarah. I've also hosted (along with my parents) at home with my family 3 times now, and can't wait to host more, but unfortunately not many people dream of going to London Ontario :P.
Check out our guests and hosts. They were all awesome.
Interests
I enjoy too many things to name, but a few are travel (obviously), shopping, languages (especially French and Swedish), trying new food, cultures, photography, planning events, decorating, getting to know people, and a big coffee lover. I'll tell you more if you just ask!

Music, Movies, and Books
I enjoy all types of music without exception! There can be good find in everything, but tend to lean towards folk and indie tunes in my spare time. I also really enjoy jazz, and blues, especially 1920-30s era! 90s grunge rock has to be up there on my list too.
I love to read and have recently made it a goal to find a list of the top 100 books once must read in their lifetime and to read them all! There is an incredible book store here in London called 'City Lights' that everyone should check out while they're here!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've climbed the Franz Josef glacier in New Zealand! Bungeeeeeed! Sky-dived! Lived and either worked or studied in Australia and France! Climbed to a tomb in the Great Pyramid of Giza! Climbed the Eiffel Tower! Been to Oktoberfest in Munich! St Patty's in Dublin! Scuba dived the red-sea in Egypt and the Silfra fissure in Iceland! Eaten perogies in Poland! Curry Wurst in Berlin! I've been so lucky and blessed and am thankful everyday!
