About Me

I’m a project manager on international development and training programmes. I'm originally from London, and have lived here most of my life. I'm also a trained yoga teacher and shiatsu practitioner. I consider myself a very accepting person, positively embrace diversity and consider this to be a very important quality in the people I spend time with too. In my free time I like to play the guitar, sing, study philosophy, meditate, watch movies, debate around the big issues, travel the world, explore without a map, have bonfires and bbqs, tell and hear stories. I'm a huge fan of Pina Bausch and am part of a dance theatre group. I really enjoy being by the sea and have a passion for wildlife watching, rowing and sailing. I love being around people with lots to talk about, strong interests and a passion for life. I look forward to meeting you!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

After a seven-day trek through the foothills of the Himalayas in West Bengal, India, standing at the Tiger Hill viewpoint and seeing the mountains for the first time - the only thing that beat this was standing on the peak of Mt. Kangchenjunga five days later.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach yoga, meditation, and how to play the guitar (or ukelele). I also love to cook and I’m happy to share those skills too. I like to learn songs, especially folk songs, while travelling to new places, and learn about the history of the area and experiences of the locals.
