Hi ,
I'm Caoimhe (kee-va) , I'm 27, Irish and living in a friends flat in Dublin, and jave just quit a fashion buyer job in Dublin.
I'm about to embark on a couple of months of travelling with friends . At the moment I can only be a guest, but when I do move home to Dublin and get my own place again, I will 100% be on this as a host!

Travel plan is New York for a week, landing on 19th August, with my bestie, Steph. she's from Scotland. We're looking out for someone or some people to host us from 22.o8.16 - 26.08.16 . After that we're heading to San Fran then on to the Burning Man festival - ford the 1st time (we still have to pinch ourselves that we even got tickets !!) . Then I fly on to Baliafter that to meet another friend, do South East Asia for a bit then on to Australia for Xmas and new year.

I'm pretty chatty, up for a laugh, will being my Irish craic and banter to your home if you'll have me! I'm very open minded, don't take myself too seriously, curious, quite into the history and culture and landmarks of a new place. Im fond of the 'ol drink or two (goes without saying for the Irish) , am a massive vintage everything lover, big Lord of the Rings fan and big dance music head!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Have heard about it for years but have never had occasion to use it. However I'm now escaping the 9-5 and embarking on a few months of travel so think this is the best way to do it, meet lots of characters, get the local feel for a place, make friends, and on a budget!
I'm flat sharing at the moment in Dublin but when I get back and get my own place I'll definitely be a host.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Did the season in Ibiza 5 years ago. Even though we lived in a bit of a rubbish area, had the best craic, amazing place, adults playground, jumped off a 25foot cliff into the sea!
