ABOUT ME

With a great passion for traveling, I started backpacking after high school and 'fell in love' with it ever since. :D During the past few years, I got the chance to travel around mainland China (my home country), United States, South Korea, Nepal and a little bit of Europe, where I met so many amazing people who were living a different life and had different values. I totally enjoyed those enriching interactions, from which I got a lot of inspirations. I always would love to share my traveling stories and enjoy hearing stories from others as well.

I am passionate, open-minded, energetic and love to smile a lot, normally finding no difficulty talking with people from different backgrounds. I always try to be a helpful person to do as much as i can to give others a hand. It is always very attracting to me to learn and experience something new, so I like taking up challenges and test my limit. Generally speaking I am quite an outgoing person and love hanging out with people, but I can also enjoy the moment of silence by myself from time to time, either read a book, do some meditation or just chill.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am still a 'freshman' of couchsufing community with little couchsurfing experience so far. In the past, when I was traveling I always went to hostels, until one day I heard of this amazing network from my friends, who spoke highly of it and strongly recommend that I give it a try. So it inspired me to open an account, discovering what great opportunities CS provide! I would love to get more involved in this community, meet amazing people, and get inspired by great minds.

Interests

my biggest interest is definitely traveling. I wanna go to as many places as I can in my limited life and experience different kinds of lifestyle.

Spent 9 days in a Monastery in Kathmandu of Nepal to study and practice Buddhism meditation

I can teach you Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese, Chinese cooking, and would love to share all I know about China with you, if you are interested.

I want to improve my photo-taking skills and learn from experienced photographers.
