About Me

Everyday I just try to do a few things, to see the world as a 3-year-old child, to love the life as a maiden and to treat other people as an educated woman.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Each day is a new positive day, each destination is a new life and each person we meet is a new culture. I was believed to be born to discover and I always remind myself to see the world without prejudge. In that meaning, I have been in CS :)

Interests

Like numerous people here, I love moving and I am a big fan of reading. However, travel, to me, is a way to learn than to take rest.

I already came to more than 20 touristy destinations in Vietnam and some interesting ones abroad. I learned about life of fishing-men in Lagi beach to understand why they have to live in poverty even though they work so hard. I came to Thanh Ha pottery to learn how to make pottery and listen to the story that one of our traditional industry falls into obvilion. I visited Lam Dong and studied about industrial factories which released a huge amount of emission and residents has been immigrated. In addition, I also went to Malaysia to experience Islamic people's life and enjoyed their diversity cuisine; Philippines was my destination to climb&swim, and I chose Cambodia as a place to learn about genocide horror history...

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am confident to take you go to the real local market where you can see the local real life, where you will not to pay over-price and we can taste some original food. With my experience in teaching Vietnamese for foreigner, I can tell you a little bit the relationship between Vietnamese language and our culture. We will visit Nortre Dame Cathedral to enjoy Vietnamese Sitting Coffee Style but let me tell you why we should go there. We will walk to Bach Dang Pier to listen a chapter in our history that was not mentioned so much in official tour guide information and if we have time, let me bring you to Book Street and enjoy a coffee shop hiding in an old apartment :)
