ABOUT ME

I am year old physically and politically active woman living on Cape Cod with my British husband. Two kids in university-Wesleyan and Umass Boston. I have two indoor/outdoor cats- I work from home, have a great group of diverse friends and love to meet new people. (So if you are highly allergic to cats, my house would probably not be a good fit-though I sweep and mop daily).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Sharing food and wine, and conversation with people from all over the world is such a great experience-plus I like to do my little part by showing not all Yanks are like those on TV.

Music, Movies, and Books

My husband and I see a lot of movies, both mainstream and independent. I am fascinated by a good script. I love to read- always have a book on my nightstand. I like many types of music- except the polka and heavy country music.

Some of our fav TV shows are Shameless, Breaking Bad, Better Call Saul, Happy Valley, Last Tango, Broadchurch, Broad City (thanks to college aged daughter), Walking Dead-and Masterpiece dramas...
