I grew up in Las Vegas, Nevada, and have also lived in California, Utah, and Texas. I met the love of my life - Josh - in Utah while I was working to finish my Bachelor's degree in psychology. I slipped him my phone number (he was a client at the office I worked at!) We got married on August 9th, 2014 in a beautiful temple and enjoyed a honeymoon in Jamaica. That was our first foreign trip together, and have been wanting to travel ever since! Now that I am done with school, we have decided to take a trip around the world (well, probably just to Europe, Southeast Asia, and Central America :). We have already been to a few countries on our trip and look forward to visiting more.

My husband and I are happy to be out of Utah and seeing the world! We are so excited for the chance to meet new people and stay in various homes. We are grateful for the kindness and generosity of others, and feel lucky to be able to stay in local residences while on the road. We can't wait to share the adventures of our travels, and exchange fun stories with our hosts. We also love yummy food, so we'd love to cook you a meal in exchange for a place to crash :)

I love to cook and bake and can't wait to try new foods as we travel. If you have any delicious recipes to share, I'd love to try them! I love to swim - especially in the ocean at night. I would love to learn how to play the piano, know how to decorate my home to look pretty, and become a therapist - I just haven't quite gotten there yet. I also love children! Josh and I actually both come from large families - I have 5 siblings and he has 6, so we love the fun and chaos that comes with family life.

Josh is the king of many talents... He can juggle, play the harmonica, ride a unicycle, and make just about anything with his hands. He has made me a gorgeous piano bench from scratch, can sing, and can talk about and play just about any sport out there... (basketball is his favorite!). He also has his own ping pong paddle, he loves the outdoors, and he LOVES his motorcycle. He pretty much can do everything.

We both love action packed movies, and although Josh doesn't oftentimes admit it, we love a good romantic comedy every once in awhile too. We love country music and I love music from the 80s! I would love to make more time to read, but Josh has zero desire to be tied to a book. He loves being active and would rather do anything than curl up in bed with a bunch of words.
