ABOUT ME

Basically I just enjoy life and try to make the most of it. I am on my first ever backbacking trip and cant wait to get started!

I am a sociable person and I love meeting up with my friends to go out for a meal, drink, sail, hike, to the movies, etc.

I like adventure activities like skydiving, kayaking, playing hockey, mountain bikinking, camping and so on. I also like to just relax on the beach and let time slowly slip by.

I am very respectful of others, easy going and love meeting new people to gain a new perspective on life!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Well, since I'm new I send in the donation. I will help out the host in any way possible whether it be doing dishes/cleaning, gardening, general labour or just a good conversation. Anything to show my appriciation for a place to lay my head.
When I return to Canada I will host anyone that comes my way and show them around the province!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Limited, but enthusiastic! My best friend for 20 years, Mike, is currently living in Brisbane. He has hosted many travellers all of which have had a great experience. This is who I will be surfing with while away.

Interests

Growing up in a small town I have grown to love and appriciate the outdoors in all of her glorey. Whether it's a simple walk through the woods, sailing around the Atlantic coast line, or ripping down a mountain top speed on my bike, any outdoors acitvity is time well spent!
I also love competitive sports! Any kind! I grew up playing Rugby and Hockey but am always game for something new.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Pretty much anything. Jazz, Rock, Indie, Rap, Reggae, Classical, Country...really theres almost nothing I dont like and am always into trying something new.
Movies: WAY too many to list. From early 80's Ghostbusters right up to the latest block buster, I enjoy'em all!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

-sailing next to a giant ass whale
-climbing onto my first iceberg off the coast of Newfoundland
-Jumping out of a perfectly good airplane
-Sticking that first 15 foot drop on my bike
-and many more to come!
